Change settings on Popup Blocker to permit EZReports popup screens
Popup Blockers

Your computer may have one or more popup blockers installed that prevent EZReports popup screens and reports from being displayed. The EZReports software utilizes many popup screens. You need to include the www.EZReports.org site in your popup blocker software so that you can see the popup screens and reports.

Listed below are the steps to follow to include the www.EZReports.org site in the following common popup blockers:

Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome
2. At the top right, click the "Customize and Control" symbol
3. From the menu select "Settings"
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Advanced"
5. Under Privacy and Security, click on "Content settings"
6. Click on "Pop-ups and redirects"
7. To the right of "Blocked (recommended)" click the slide button to disable
8. You can now exit the settings screen

Firefox
1. On your computer, open Firefox
2. At the top right, click the "Open Menu" symbol
3. From the menu select "Options"

4. In the menu on the left select "Privacy & Security"

5. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section

6. Uncheck the box next to "Block pop-up windows" to disable the pop-up blocker

7. You can now exit the settings screen

Internet Explorer 11
1. On your computer, open Internet Explorer.
2. At the top right, click the "Tools" symbol
3. From the menu select "Internet Options"
4. Click on the "Privacy" tab
5. Under Pop-up Blocker uncheck the box for "Turn on Pop-up Blocker"
6. Click the "OK" button at the bottom to save
7. You can now exit the settings screen

Microsoft Edge
1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
2. At the top right, click the "Settings and More" symbol.
3. From the menu select "Settings"
4. Scroll to the bottom and select "View advanced settings"
5. Under "Block pop-ups" click the slider bar to disable the pop-up blocker
6. You can now exit the settings screen
