Ticket Based Support (Unlimited Tickets)

EZReports features an integrated web-based support system, which facilitates the reporting and review of support tickets online. The typical response time for online support tickets is approximately one business day.

Phone Support (Monday-Friday)

Telephone support is available from Monday to Friday for high-priority issues. Administrative users can use this option in addition to the self-help tools and web-based support system.

Training

TKSA provides a complete training program designed to thoroughly address and exceed our clients' needs. The training covers all aspects of system usage, ensuring users are fully equipped to utilize the software effectively.

In-person Training

TKSA offers traditional on-site training for an additional cost, tailored to location, number of participants, and other factors. It includes interactive sessions, real-life afterschool scenarios, and detailed course materials.

Webinar Training

TKSA conducts multiple webinar sessions for program directors and site coordinators. Session recordings are also available upon request, offering targeted guidance on specific modules or additional hands-on support.

Video Tutorials

Multiple tutorial videos on various topics are available to help users understand the system, including system setup, administration, program registration, activity setup, student enrollment, and attendance recording.

Ongoing Training

Outside of the formal training program, TKSA offers additional general training and Q&A sessions for all EZReports clients regularly throughout the year. Webinars can also cover specific topics requested by the client.
