TKSA has a team of over 50 experienced software professionals with extensive experience in developing, supporting, and maintaining large web based systems in the education sector. TKSA’s technical support team has over 18 years of experience in supporting a large number of clients using our various SaaS applications. In addition to telephone support, we have a web-based support system that is integrated to all our offerings. TKSA’s training team has over 18 years of experience in training state DOEs and school districts on our various K-12 domain products.
